Aerobics
Aerobics is designed to introduce you to a variety of different types of aerobics. In this class you will have the opportunity to try different activities that will increase the possibility of you continuing to be physically active throughout your lifetime. The activities that we will do, but are not limited to: step aerobics, yoga, ballroom dance, fitness circuits, endurance lifting, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.
